Application Filing
Complete our formal application package, including references and financial disclosures. Our board reviews each submission to maintain the integrity of our senior community.
Community Interview
We invite applicants for a personal meeting to discuss life at the village and to get to know you better. This helps us ensure a harmonious fit for all residents within our established co-operative.
Board Approval
The Board of Directors conducts a final review and selection of the prospective members the committee recommend to the Board for approval. We prioritize transparency and fairness, ensuring all new members align with our long-standing village mission.
Welcome Home
Upon approval, we finalize the membership agreement. We welcome you to the Haney Pioneer Village family, where you can enjoy our grounds and 50 years of community history.
